I think this was my first loss of the year. My winning streak included a dismissal based on jurisdictional limitations of city cops, a suppression of a pre-Miranda confession, a dismissal based on the new state constitutional amendment strengthening gun rights, a DWI bench trial, and a sex case jury trial.
Time to start a new win streak!
