A convicted felon can apply with the office of the United States attorney general pursuant to 18 USC 925(c) seeking restoration of the right to possess a firearm. If that application is granted, can you possess a firearm in Missouri? NOPE. Banning nonviolent felons from ever owning any type of firearm for the remainder of their life does not violate our constitution.
